The weekly development update series will inform users about progress made on user-facing aspects of CryptoBridge.
As mentioned in our latest general update, support ticket management is now under control and we have made remarkable progress toward avoiding a backlog in the future.
The final polishing touches are being made to the new in-app ticket support for the user interface. This upgrade will enable faster resolution as you will have no need to leave the trading platform to request support.
A version 2 testnet (which supports Ethereum and enables more efficient development overall) is being completed as of this writing. We are excited to implement this environment as it will improve performance dramatically.
The visual layout for the Android and iOS mobile apps is currently being finalized. A closed beta release will be available initially, please stay tuned to our Discord for an announcement related to participating in that!
BitShares blockchain queries have been optimized to enable improved withdrawal and deposit performance. Memory consumption for the nodes has been improved as well to accommodate the growth of the BitShares blockchain. If users experience difficulties with the public nodes, please contact our team in the #support-help-desk channel on our Discord.
