The weekly development update series will inform users about progress made on user-facing aspects of CryptoBridge.

Support

The support team continues to grow and become ever more flexible in resolving our user issues! The resolution approach is triple-fold in nature: agents now have access to more functions and are familiarizing themselves with these for greater autonomy, the in-app support mechanisms continue to be refined for a high level of self-service and automated systems alert the team to issues as they occur.

Only a high-quality trading experience and rapid resolution of user issues will ensure our continued success in the competitive cryptocurrency trading marketplace.

Mobile App

Now that basic functionality aspects have become stable, the visual and data display layout, language translation and asset icons are being assessed and refined. Work on implementing QR scanning has also begun.

The app is closer to entering a beta testing release! Additionally, the terms and conditions are being drafted by our legal staff for the the final product.

Security

Now that all matters related to encryption are covered by KMS, CryptoBridge is confident that all operations and underlying data are adequately protected for the long term. Security and credentials are at the forefront of our many priorities, and this step was taken to safeguard our position thoroughly.

Backend

Much progress was also completed this week on a proprietary application developed alongside our normal operations. Designed to simplify the coin testing process, we are now ready to make the greater public aware of our delightfully-named project: Coin Monkey. This in-house project enables us to run automated Blockchain integration & load tests and the plan will be to open source it at some point in the future.

Testnet

Two of our developers continue to work full-time on Ethereum integration and are now checking the various RPC calls. Test cases are being run to ensure the security and reliability of all operations and currently we are at work on an address emulation. While the team realizes the high level of anticipation around incorporating Ethereum, is only once everything is completely tested that functionality will be released into production.

In the meantime, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully set up our own network of Tor nodes to begin paving the way for privacy protocols.

Thank you for taking the time to follow our progress. Weekly development updates can be expected on each Wednesday. Happy trading!
