The weekly development update series will inform users about progress made on user-facing aspects of CryptoBridge.

Support

Support ticket completion for the previous 7 days has been just under 91and the backlog continues to proceed toward zero.

For additional information about wallet status and listing updates, please follow our automated account @CryptoBridgeAnn.

BridgeCoin

Discussion and planning have begun to address United States users who have staked BCO but do not wish to verify their identity. We are confident that an amicable solution will be found and would like to reiterate that under no circumstances do we believe anyone should forfeit their funds.

Please note that logging into your account, moving funds within the BitShares ecosystem and removing staked BridgeCoin from vesting positions will remain possible regardless of verification status.

For those interested in calculating the potential ROI on BCO, check out this site created by a community member @cb_stats and feel free to donate: https://bco.cryptobridge.io/

Verification and Fractal.id

Implementing the verification requirements has been a difficult process for both our team and our users but we are pleased to report that much progress has been made to streamline and bug-fix this process.

If you have submitted your information but your account is still not functioning fully, please check the status at https://fractal.id/ to determine if your submission is verified. If it is, you should be able to authorize your CryptoBridge account and resume all activity as before. A more thorough update on this was published Wednesday.

If the above does not solve your issue, please reach out to our support staff in #kyc-support on our official Discord.

Thank you for taking the time to follow our progress. Weekly development updates can be expected on each Wednesday. Happy trading!
