Over 86.6% of support tickets were resolved over the past seven days. Despite the increasing complexity due to the addition of user verification, we have improved our response. Over 70% of issues related to user verification have been resolved and new problems are sharply declining.

We have arrived at a solution for those who are staking BCO but do not consent to user verification. We are confident that this will alleviate concerns and be seen as an equitable and respectable resolution to a challenging situation. Work on the trading interface related to the partnership with Digital Asset Resource Center is nearing completion. We look forward to seeing projects utilize this framework and cement our role as a supporter of objective evaluation.
Functionality issues we experienced were related to decimals rounding, but have since been resolved. We continue to gain valuable experience from working with these first token listings. We also look forward to using this to better engage and support smaller community tokens in the future.
