Over 98% of support tickets were resolved this week and have reached their lowest level yet! As we continue to improve on managing these we have also nearly finished the in-app support too which will be replacing the Freshdesk system. This will streamline the entire process and improve the user experience drastically.

A minority fork was experienced on the BitShares Blockchain last week and created a short halting of services. CryptoBridge was able to detect and respond rapidly to the situation and resolve all related issues with minimal downtime.
