The weekly development update series will inform users about progress made on user-facing aspects of CryptoBridge.
Steps for receiving compensation for staked BCO without submitting KYC are now functional. Next week a detailed announcement involving step-by-step instructions will allow users who wish to divest to do so.
For those with continued interest in staking and trading BCO along with a wide array of other CryptoBridge data, look no further than: https://bco.cryptobridge.io/
During the first week of our transition to the new support tool, 87.4% of support tickets have been completed. Some users noted a display and access issue with the tool, and these have now been resolved without interruption of functionality.
All tickets should be created with the in-app tool from this point forward. Freshdesk FAQs will remain accessible for a limited time longer, however these will also be moved to the UI in the coming weeks for maximum convenience and continuity.

Listing Fee Reduction
With the return of BTC prices to above $5.5K USD, we have been able to reduce our listing fee to 2.5 BTC. ERC-20 listing has been set at 1 BTC. All projects may receive a 10% discount if they successfully complete KYC verification. All verification data is stored by Fractal with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) compliance measures in place. CryptoBridge does not have access to any user information, nor is any of it stored on servers in the United States. It remains outside of reach from the US government unless there is a court order mandating Fractal to release it.
A 20% discount is also available for wallet updates when they are paid with BridgeCoin (BCO). Cost is calculated by the average BCO price for the prior 48 hours at the time of invoice. Markets: BCO/ETH, BCO/BTC.
The first step toward listing your project is completion of the application.
Last week, some BitShares upgrades to functionality were completed, and all CryptoBridge nodes were upgraded to v3.0.1.
Terms of Service
As noted in the previous update, all future and current listings will be required to accept terms of service. Each project will be contacted individually to notify them of the requirement. We anticipate that this will bring greater responsibility and accountability to the projects which are listed on the CryptoBridge gateway and demonstrate a new level of professionalism for both ourselves and our associated listings.
Thank you for taking the time to follow our progress. Weekly development updates can be expected on each Wednesday. Happy trading!
